RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS…

Made to Order Garments…

As we are a very small business, made to order items are cut sewn and finished specifically for you- as per your order. This takes much care and time and therefore we regret that we do not offer refunds on these items. If alterations are required after an order is completed- alteration and postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us in writing within 7 days of receiving your order.


Ready-made Garments…

Our ready-made aprons and accessories are produced in small batches from our off-grid studio. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your order please contact us in writing to request a return and either a refund or an exchange. Items must be returned within 14 working days of delivery.

Bespoke Orders

Bespoke orders are made specifically to your requirements and are non returnable. We are happy to make alterations to garments where possible after order completion, alteration and postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us within 7 days of Delivery. .

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged through the wear and tear of everyday use, accidents or misuse of our products. We do however understand that accidents can happen, and are happy to supply fabric scraps for mending (at cost to customer) in event of damage to your garment.

International Orders:

We do not accept returns from international orders.

Posting back to us…

Returned items must be in the same pristine condition as they were when you received them. Garments may be tried on but should not be worn, washed, damaged or soiled and labels should be intact. We regret that if the items do not meet these conditions your order will be returned to you and the shipping costs charged to you.  

Please include the relevant paperwork and order number in your parcel. Please label the outside of your package  'RETURNED GOODS’. This helps us get the returns process moving a little faster at our end. 

It is up to you to decide how you return your order but we strongly advise you use a registered & insured delivery and keep a receipt as we cannot accept responsibility for orders lost or damaged in transit by a third party. Until we are in receipt of the item you are liable for any damage or loss. 

On receipt of your returned package please allow at least 7 working days for us to process your return and issue a refund or exchange (subject to availability and production time of your chosen product).
